Really bad! More regulation and costs.
It does not matter if owner even intends to have a car (or electric car).

More costs and difficulties to build a house. Incredible.
As if it was not already terribly difficult and expensive to couple with so many regulations (so difficult that nowadays nobody builds their houses anymore, only big building companies have the expertise and legal support to go through the bureaucracy and approvals from councils).

Any bets whether, further than the costs of installation, we will be forced to provide evidence of maintenance of that as well? ($$)

Any surprise if we see ourselves poorer than our parents were? Thank government for that.
People don't realise that each new regulation does not mean more freedom, but LESS freedom. We are gradually being converted from owners of our will to slaves.
