Looking for learner insurance

Does anyone know of any good learner insurance please ?

I’ve been looking but marmalade won’t give me quote and i’ve looked on RAC which is good but limited.

My daughter is with 1st Central plus fully comp she gets a courtesy car plus key & window cover plus also included is breakdown for £450 the year.

My cousin is with Lloyds, I think he said £300 for the year full comp and key cover with breakdown etc.
