I was thinking about the economics of getting a home charger installed, I think they cost around £380 to get one installed. How long do the batterys of an EV last or have to be replaced ?
I know they use Li-ion batteries in evs but Im curious how long do the batterys last ? Cos they dont last very long on my Andorid phone (about 4 years) so how good is the battery tech on electric cars?

I had the option of getting black box insurance but I paid a bit extra and went with Hastings so I didnt have to have it. I’ve not heard good things about them curfews, buggy app, bad driving scores, insurance void warnings hassle, harsh braking etc. Its a headache.
